ArtsWest has recently been given a special opportunity to not only improve the current student education experience, but also ensure a long-time ability to continue its vision of providing an educational curriculum that empowers the individual both academically and creatively. Two anonymous donors have stepped forward and made an offer that can potentially change the financial foundation of the school dramatically. From now until 2/10/2011, the donors will match any donation made to ArtsWest dollar for dollar! That is 100% matching to any amount raised for this limited timeframe.

This is an incredible opportunity to help raise needed monies for the ArtsWest's general education fund and make a difference in our students' education. As with many independent or private schools, the cost of providing ArtsWest's unparalleled education experience is greater than the amount of tuition raised. This generous donation-matching opportunity will not only help fill the gap between the real cost of educating our students and the tuition short-fall, but can be a chance to provide for needed building expansions and needed artistic programs. Donations made can help fund teacher's salaries, student scholarships, program materials, practice room expansions, and technological needs.

The current economic environment has greatly affected many in the local area, and ArtsWest and members of its beloved family are no exception. This donation event gives ArtsWest the chance overcome the normal education obstacles and focus on what is most important: empowering the individual for a lifetime.
