To print forms out, follow these instructions:
Click File
Click Print
Click Properties
Click Effects
Click "Print document on Letter", and check "Scale to fit"
Click "ok"
And click "ok" again
Every printer is different, so if these instructions don't work, email me at webmaster@artswestschool.org.
Please bring the filled-out form to school with you to give to the office
