Diana Aidos

Classical Piano

Diana Aidos is a pianist who has performed extensively as a soloist, chamber musician, and recitalist on the concert stage. She earned her Masters degree and a Professional Studies Diploma in piano performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she studied under the tutelage of Professor Yoshikazu Nagai.

Ms. Aidos is an award-winning pianist having earned top prizes at international competitions including the International Siberia Piano Competition in Novosibirsk, and the Tolyatti Piano Competition in Russia. As a concerto soloist, she has performed with the Kazakh National Symphony Orchestra, the Shenzhen Music Academy Chamber Orchestra, and the International Program of Cooperation affiliated with the Paris National Conservatory of Music. She was featured as the soloist with the Student Symphony Orchestra of Central Asia during their international concert tour to Germany.

As a passionate music educator, Ms. Aidos has served on the faculty of the Almaty Arts Middle and High Schools, the Tchaikovsky Music College (Kazakhstan), and Goldenkey Piano School (Berkeley, CA). She has presented master-classes in various exchange programs throughout Japan and China, and recently was a visiting guest artist, teaching and performing at the Medicine Hat College in Alberta, Canada.

Ms. Aidos currently lives in Boise, Idaho where she is on the piano faculty and is the after-school music director at the ArtsWest School for the Performing Arts.
